    Animation Production Experience
    アニメーション制作経験
    1+ year recommended in finishing, animation, compositing, or background art.
    仕上・作画・撮影・背景いずれかの実務経験（1年以上推奨）

    Language Ability
    日本語能力
    N3+ Japanese recommended for relocation to Japan. English accepted for remote roles.
    来日の場合は N3 以上推奨。在宅は英語対応可。
  • ✦
    Digital Tools
    デジタルツール
    Experience with Clip Studio, RETAS, After Effects, or similar software.
    ClipStudio / RETAS / After Effects などの使用経験

    Passion for Japanese Animation
    日本文化・アニメへの理解
    A strong understanding of and enthusiasm for Japanese animation style and expression.
